Themed classes engage children by having them use their prior (or new!) knowledge of the topic to move their bodies into different positions. For example an Amazing Amazon themed class, will have children become animals from the three layers of a rainforest (river, forest floor and canopy) some as individuals while others are in pairs or small groups. Throughout the session, postures are reinforced in games. A final guided imagery, guided peer massage will complete the session. All yoga mats, music and props are provided.
