Forensic Science Workshops

5.0
Suite 1, 277 Condamine Street Manly Vale NSW 2093

During our interactive Forensic Science workshops students are presented with a crime to solve. They will examine evidence recovered from the crime scene using the science they are already learning in class along with the Forensics they will learn about on the day. Students get to conduct an investigation from start to finish seeing how Forensics works in the real world. Theories are developed, tested and accepted or rejected as they interpret the evidence. Students will use deductive reasoning to solve the crime by building a case to prove who did it, what happened, how and why. Education Interactive is run by two qualified Forensic Scientists. To ensure scientific accuracy and educational relevance, the programme content was developed in collaboration with the Centre For Forensic Science, UTS and the Australian Federal Police Forensic Science Unit.
